I travelled to Chennai on **th of June **** and back on *nd of July ****. I used OLA Cabs in Chennai for the travel from Airport to Hotel and other locations in Chennai. I paid to the driver by using my GPay. Once I back to my home location, I started getting emails/messages/what's messages for the dues amount of Rs. ***/-. I started asking questions I did not use your OLA postpaid and I shared all the transactions details to them via emails which I used there in Chennai. I don't know they refund of Rs. ***/. After couple of days I start getting threatening call/messages/whatsup messages from the OLA cabs/Ola Money. I told them please share the amount which I didn't pay you, if anything will be there definitely I will back you. I have written many times to them with all the transaction details but still they are looking the issue. I don't know when they will get the time to resolve. But from OLA Money I am getting many threatening calls and messages. I want to file consumer complaint against them for the unfair behavior and gunda gardi. The proverb - "Steal and sew" suits them.
