PropUrban is a property rental service provider. I took a flat on rent, during which they took ***** rupees security deposit. I have vacated the flat on **th July, **** and *nd September, **** they told within ** business day they were going to refund the amount and the final amount which I was supposed to receive is ***** rupees.
I am emailing them again and again and getting the same response which is "We have already informed the finance team about your refund, once we get an update from them we will keep you posted"
