Even after vacating the flat and gave the key back to the PropUrban personnel on April *,**** they are not refunding the security deposit amount. INR***** they took and after incurring huge irrelevant charges I was supposed to get a INR***** refund. But they are making excuses by answering my every email saying "We have informed the financial team, as soon as we hear anything from the team, we will keep you posted." That's it, the same reply every time and this has been going on for * months now. Currently they stopped replying to my email and phone calls. They blocked my mobile numbers.
