I Narendra Kollu, my smart card No.*********** and mobile No.**********, I had recharged Rs.****/- and I called customer care No.**********, I first talked with Mr. Charan at **:** pm. I requested to activate the **-month Telugu Basic package + ** days extra package but he told surver error, I requested a complaint raised but he didn't register and he told me u could call after ** minutes. Again I called at *:** pm and talked with Mr. Gautam, same again requested to activate the **-month Telugu Basic package plus ** days extra package but he also told server error, I requested to complain but he didn't register and the **-month package was activated. Again i called at *.** pm talked with Mr.Gangadhar again and requested to activate the **-month Telugu Basic package plus ** days extra package but he also told server error and he raised complaint No.SR************ DATED **.**.****.

Kindly request to activate the **-month Telugu Basic plus ** days extra package.
