I booked a tour package of Rs ***** + ***** for the ticket.
Total amount - ***** given by me.
In ***** package he would provide us
Day *. Madhuri to Rameshwaram taxi + Rameshwaram stays + Rameshwar sightseeing like Dhanush Kodi, Panchmukhi Hanuman, Sakshi hanuman, Pamban bridge.
But he provides us with an only taxi and reached Rameshwaram Danushkodi at *:** pm which is closing time of Danushkodi and dropped to the hotel without a visit to another place. The hotel was dirty and did not provide a blanket, soap, towel.
Day *- He promised to provide a traveller from Rameshwaram to Kanya kumari. But he provide a local bus for travel Rameshvaram to Kanya kumari via Madurai which reached at Kanyakumari at **:** am night dropped at the hotel.
Day *- After visiting sightseeing of Kanya kumari promised to provide taxi from Kanya kumari to Thiruvananthapuram and will be booked a railway dormitory for stay. But he did railway reservation from Nagercoil junction to Thiruvananthapuram which at night. The train was late by * hr which reached at Thiruvananthapuram at *:** am. Nagercoil junction is approx ** km from Kanya kumari and auto charged Rs *** to drop at theirs. He keeps as a full-day dilemma for taxi and inform us in the evening about railway reservation up to Thiruvananthapuram.
This is all about the tour packages. These * days are very difficult, horrible, mentally and physically stressful for us and more for women and children. ***** for tickets. We charged him ***** to book tickets from Thiruvananthapuram to Bhopal in ac *rd class with dormitory stay.
Promised If he is not able to book *rd class ac then provide as sleeper class ticket and will refund remaining amount in my account. So he booked a ticket in sleeper class no problem but now he is not receiving my call and my payment is pending. I dropped a message and mail to him but he is not responding.
