My Name Is Sachin Sharma
I Bought A Airtel Broadband Connection On ** June ****.
I Opted For A ***MBPS Plan. But I Was Only Getting **MBPS Speed.
I Complained About This To The Engineers & Customer Support Too Many Times. But I Did Not Get A Satisfactory Resolution.
So I Put A Disconnection Request For The Service On The *th Of July.
Connection Was Supposed To Be Removed Within * Days But It Was At My House Till **th Of July.
I Complained To TRAI.
They RESPONDED WITH FOLLOWING EMAIL
