Livspace - Project not completed even after move in

Dear Livspace Team,

I am compelled to write this email due to the unacceptable behavior and practices by your staff involved in my project. Their actions have caused me immense stress and inconvenience, and I feel mentally harassed by the way this project has been handled.

As it is not feasible for me to recall every detail of the issues I have already shared in previous emails, I am attaching copies of all my prior correspondence for your reference. The matters highlighted in these emails, including but not limited to incomplete work, fraudulent practices, overcharging, and unresponsiveness from your team, remain unresolved.

Here are my specific concerns:
*. Mental Harassment: Your staff has been consistently unresponsive to my calls and queries, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and frustration.
*. Incomplete Work: Despite multiple follow-ups, the project remains incomplete, and there is no clear communication or timeline for its resolution.
*. Fraudulent and Unethical Practices: My signature was fraudulently obtained on the handover document for an unfinished project. Additionally, I was charged double for certain tasks, and your team refuses to accept or correct this mistake.

These actions are highly unprofessional and amount to mental harassment. If these issues are not addressed immediately, I will be left with no choice but to file a police complaint against all the staff members involved in my project and escalate the matter legally.

I demand:
• An immediate and comprehensive response to my grievances.
• Prompt completion of the pending work.
• A refund or correction for the overcharged amounts.
• A formal apology for the mental harassment caused by your staff’s unprofessional behavior.
