Stellakart com - Products not delivered

HI,
I have ordered some kitchen items on *th January **** from Stellakart.com. The total amount paid thru paytm was Rs. *** for the same. Now it is almost a month and i have not received the product nor did i receive any communication from the company.
I had doubts from start about the name etc and the amount that i paid is small amount but i would like to pursue this matter as the same fake website might be duping others of their hard earned money.
