Shefit.in - Product was fake

So obviously it was unbelievable that Huda beauty had been imported to India and that too at such unbelievable rates, however, the company advertised online (Instagram) that a certificate of authenticity would be provided along with the product to prove that it was real. I bought it, it's absolute paint, and not the real thing. I know my make up, and this is just a copy of the real thing. Even the colours are terrible!
They don't wipe off like normal lipstick, they dry super matte like paint. The real ones are soft matte, so they apply smooth and leave a good color.
What really bothered me was that I showcased my dissatisfaction on many of their social media channels, both privately and publically, and on a series of mails to them! They replied once saying that refund was not possible since my reason was not plausible, and never replied to my queries after that.
I've had this same problem with snapdeal, and they have a policy too of no refunds on cosmetics! But they stay true to their brand and gave me the refund as soon as they realised the product was fake.
I've been after shefit since the **th of Jan, but have received no input nor solution for my loss.
Please look into this matter and help me out.
