I have purchased LeEco LeTV Super* x** TV for rupees ***** on **/**/****. From the past ** months, TVs WiFi and Bluetooth are not working. I am trying every day to find a service centre or service centre number but I am unable to find any. I heard in the news that the company has shut down in India, but my question is they have to at least provide service for the products they have sold if they have to shut down. Please do the needful. I am trying to reach them via mail and call centre, but both seem to not work. I am attaching the bill here.
