I had applied a return for adidas sneakers purchased from Ajio (Product id-#FL**********) and the courier service Delhivery picked it up on *th novemeber ****. After the courier service checked the product, processed it and send the product back, i checked the ajio app and it was showing return cancelled. I immediately mailed ajio regarding this and they mailed back saying they will look into and raised a complaint for me, complaint number-COM***********. After a few days when i checked the app again, its still showing the product as returned cancelled ,whereas in the courier tracking website(tracking id- **************) its showing the product is in transit and has reached silliguri. I mailed ajio many times and got no feedback, called their customer care and no one picks up. Its been * days since my product is returned and still no refund or any info from Ajio. I am frustrated and at my wits end. This is a clear case of cheating.
