Meesho App - Product returned back but refund is not done yet Making lot of calls regarding no resolution yet

I returned the products (sarees) which i ordered from meesho. Return pick up done on **th sep and some how due courier miatake or watver reason it was showing tht my return picck up not done. After calling up many times with meesho i could track and update tht return pick up done and my refund amount approved and will be processed in * * days . This was told yo me ** days back. But i didnt recieve refund yet and iam calling many times to executives they are instead processing complaint still every time they ask me same story and not sure what they update and tell that they arrange call back. Infact that call back never happens. Whenever i tell that amount is not credited thy say that i need to submit my bank transaction details. My question is when iam getting other refunds why they need my bank transaction details which is very confidential. And when we raise complaint thy nvr come back and check on what happend exactly and dont resolve the problem. For name sake thy take complaint or i dont know. This really irritTing me every time i have to call them with no resolution
