HR Johnson - Product Quality not met

HR Johnson is a renowned tile brand in India. However, upon purchasing tiles from them for my home I came across bent and faulty tiles, which comprised about **% of the total. Most of the tiles received were bent and more than the *% ratio that's mentioned/advertised by Johnson. Despite giving them evidence and offering them site visits, they are denying compensation to customers for failing to meet the declared QC parameters of their own product.
