I purchased one glass top three-burner gas stove on AKAI Flame purchased from the dealer M/s Life Tech (Next Generation Technology) SA Road, Manorama Junction, Ernakulam, Kerala vide order form No *** dated ** September **** for Rs ****.**. The glass top of the stove got crashed automatically on **th August ****. The dealer assured five years of on-site warranty by the manufacturer. But on contacting the dealer he was not accepted my complaint. The manufacturer's contact mobile number is also switched off. May I request your kind honour to look into the matter to refund the full amount with interest.
