P Chakraborty filed complaint against Meesho on Mar 15, 2023
On **th February, ****, I ordered ** sarees from Meesho app. Since I was a regular customer I wasn't worried about anything. * sarees were from Krusha Enterprise and * from other sellers. On **th Feb, **** I received * saree that was from Krusha enterprise. On opening the package I saw a wrong product and in the app all * sarees were marked delivered. I spoke to the customer care and emailed the hierarchy about the concern. They told me that they escalated the matter. However, after waiting for long I went ahead and complained via Consumer Chanakya and this same process was repeated and after waiting for more than ** days I was told that Meesho officials had stopped responding. Consumer Chanakya did not provide any clarity on the matter with regards to the draft they sent and emails or any sort of communication and I even paid Rs. *** for their service. Coming back to Meesho, I made a total payment of Rs. **** out of which Rs. **** was made to Krusha Enterprise. The wrong saree that I received was returned by me and now the outstanding amount to be refunded is Rs. **** which I haven't received yet neither is anyone from Meesho responding. Mr. Vidit Aatrey ceo of Meesho has even blocked me on twitter when I asked him when he will refund my money. I need your help. Please help me get my money back.
