Ekart logistics - Product not purchased was delivered and I accepted it by mistake

Received a product which I did not order from any e-commerce platform. I mistook it for some other order and accepted the parcel. The package received is of a blue saree which is totally used and dirty. I need to return it and get my refund and the delivery boy who delivered it, he won’t pick up the call this is the delivery number I received to contact about the tracking the delivery ***********.
