I have purchased a lenovo laptop worth ***** rupees from flipkart, with order id OD****************** on **th of june,**** which got delivered on **th of june,****. Now the laptop came with a cracked "Esc" key on the keyboard out of the package and as soon as i found that, I opted for a return on **th of june,**** as it falls under * days return policy, Now all of a sudden The return request got cancelled by flipkart on **th of june at around *'o clock and after some time on that day flipkart blocked my account and I cannot find any record through the website or app of my account details or orders previously.
