I have ordered an mattress on flipkart on *th October ****, it was to be delivery expected on ** october ****. to my home town. but it was cancelled automatically by seller without any consent.
I have travelled to my home town by managing my work.
I need that product on time , so i paid by emi card
i was waiting for product
because of some health issues and mattress is good fit for my family.
i was expecting to be delivered. but it was cancelled.
asked customer care but they didnot give my answer, and no compansate. and they are asking me to order it again, but i didnot found product of my size and price where increased.
My concern:
Is it fair enough to play with us.?
Is it fair to ask me order again.?
is it fair to increase prices?
