I ordered a lehenga on the **th december **** and still havent received it. I found her page on instagram and given the followers thought it would be trustable. Realised that was not the case. She promised the delivery of the item to be done by **th jan and as of **th Jan I still havent received it. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought she would deliver it within the next few days. I followed up with her and she said some worker of hers has gone on an "emergency holiday" and wont be back till the *nd feb. Mind you i have to wear this lehenga for a function on the **th feb. When i asked for a refund as i was unhappy with the excuses and delay, shes like "oh it not in my company policy". It is my money and if the product is not delivered, of course id like a refund. Horrible lady and incredibly rude. And she still has the courage to promote her business and post things. I was reading up and saw a few others have also voiced there complaints. I want a REFUND!
