Onepluscases.in - Product not delivered

I ordered a mobile cover from the website onepluscases.in but to my surprise after *-* days the order didn't get shipped. When I tried to reach them over the phone the phone was switched off. +** ********** is the contact number which can be seen on the website. I'm attaching my mail as well where they confirmed the order. Please help.
