Mamaearth in - Product not delivered

The Product ordered was going to be delivered on **th May ****. The details of address, pincode along with the landmark were given correctly but the delivery boy has not delivered the product and he has kept the product with himself as it was already paid through internet banking.Further a system generated message came that the product has been delivered which is not true at all. The total loss suffered is Rs**** and even after multiple attempts to contact the delivery boy the product has not been delivered. This is total harassment as my weeding day is coming soon and I don't have the product to apply. Such a big company management would be so poor I can't believe that. I won't suggest anyone mamaearth products now
