I placed an order online after I saw an ad on Instagram on April **, ****. Later, when I realised that the merchant has not shipped the products, I tried reaching out to them. It was then I realised that they don't have any helpline number or customer support. They have an email ID on which no one responds. I wrote to them but no response.
Upon Googling more, I found out that there are at least ** similar instances where people have been duped. I found this information on consumer forum complaint website. Needless to say, none of the affected parties have received any relief, compensation or refund.
This may seem small but if they've been getting away from this so easily, there are chances that they have done this in the past (under other brand names) and will continue to do so in the future.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
