I had placed Order BVO************ on **th August. On **th August I received a mail that the product has been delivered. But to my utter surprise the delivery mail was sent without shipment being actually delivered. I had raised concern on **st August regarding wrong mail of delivery status of the shipment. But till today there is no revert. I have sent multiple mails, numerous telephonic calls have been made and also grievance has been posted on "X" but still no resolution.
