Furny in - Product not delivered asked for refund

I purchased the sofa for INR **,***.** online from Furny.in on April **, ****, and expected delivery to Noida by May *, ****. I approached Furny Customer Care to get an update on the delivery schedule. However, more than ** calls went unanswered since their customer care number doesn’t work. Also tried to reach other contact numbers shared via email from support, but all calls went unanswered as well.
After chasing many times, they have shared an apology email dated May *, ****, for taking ** more days due to operational issues. The same email was replied to the same day, asking to process the refund, but no response has been received due to operational issues. Later, on May **th, I received a call from Furny saying your product is ready to ship, it will be received in * more days, and the tracking ID will be shared soon.
Till now, no delivery, no correspondence, nor call received. I also tried calling the same number no more than ** times; all calls went unanswered.
Please help me to get all my money back since I have no trust in these people. I came across lots of negative reviews on other web pages, and the same incident has happened with more customers.
