Sree s creation - Product not delivered as promised and faked the products

This is to bring to everyone’s attention my recent experience with sree creations for the order I have placed for ***% pure silver earrings and maang tika as per pictures attached on Jan **, ****. And they promised to deliver by Feb *st or max Feb *rd. On feb *th, after I followed up, the same point of contact sent the product images to check and that’s when I realized what I ordered and what they made do not match.

The original design which i selected from their designs is very different. And I have asked for specific color of the stone as agreed upon before confirming the order. And what they provided me was very different and the overall finish is also very bad. They look so artificial and dont like its made of silver and gold polish. In terms of design also, the earrings were not done as per the original design ( as highlighted in attached image)

I informed the person the same day and she said these things will be fixed and thereafter I dint receive any update. She even offered to compensate as due to their mistakes. After multiple updates, another person from the team contacted sending pictures of the same products without any changes done. That was on feb **th. I had to have the whole conversation again with this person. I have clearly informed that I no longer need these products firstly as the order was delayed and have crossed my event dates, hence these are of no use to me now, which I clearly mentioned before placing order. Second thing, the product did not meet my expectations and doesn’t match what was discussed. They simply faked the product pictures may be from a different seller. This person said he would look into this further and resolve, but again got back to me that he wasn’t able to do much with this and asked me send an email so the owner will get back to me.
On feb **, i have dropped the email with all details and requested for the amount I paid. Since then I’ve been following up with them on email and trying to reach out on phone. No response from them till date. Its bern more than a month now.

Its been such a disappointing experience for me with this seller. And also a good lesson to not trust every other seller on Instagram.
I hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest and I get my refund.
