NH 8 store - Product not delivered and no response

I have ordered an mobile case at NH* store for my one plus * mobile Nov ** ****. I have received a mail from them saying that the product is ordered successfully and shipping details will be shared once product is shipped. But till date I haven't received any mails or messages from them regarding the product delivery. Even though I have sent many mails to them asking for the status there is no reply from their side.
