- Product not delivered and No refund recieved even after 2 months of purchase ^Open

So almost a couple of months I bought a phone for the online portal of this company, believing that they were legitimate and trustworthy. However, after few days after the order was placed, they told me that they can deliver the product to me for some reason which they themselves don't know about. Then, they assured me that they are going to refund the amount back to me owing to the above fact.
But sadly, its been more than a couple of months now and they just keep delaying the refund further and further whenever I call them. They just keep on saying tomorrow and day after tomorrow.
Owing to this situation, I am unable to buy a new phone for the past two months. I condemn the decision of buying the product from this website everyday.
