Azam Khan filed complaint against Www fosso in on Aug 3, 2020
Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I have used the Fosso.in website and ordered a Table for which the order total costed me approx **** rupees which I paid online using my debit card. Also i got acknowledgement from Fosso : Your Order(Order Id : Fo****************) Has Been Placed Successfully!
As per the website, * days timeline for delivery, but the status was the same as shown in the screenshot till date. Hence, I checked the website for customer support but I did not find any contact number except an email id: support@fosso.in to which I sent an email asking for an update! which I have not received any reply till now. Then I at least thought if I can cancel the order for refund as the status was still same as "seller confirmed the order and it is being processed" and it was giving me option to cancel the order. So, clicked the cancel order button. The next page was asking me to provide a reason to cancel which I did but surprisingly there was no submit button but was an update password button which is irrelevant and I believe is a website bug. Hence, long story short I have not received my order nor my money. Need some help to resolve this.
