Shop2night.com - Product not delivered

On **th November ****, I got a call from Karan Sharma who told me about the promotional offer and was giving away phone at a very minimal cost ****. So I asked them to order a one plus * phone that was available only. So I made partial payment **** to Mr Mahesh Singh paytm. On next day they said *T is available with additional cost ****. On **th November I made a payment of **** again. But after * days I got a call again from Mr Karan who said your product is helped by the sales tax department so you have to make full payment of the product. I deposited **** more to Mahesh through paytm. But after few days product wasn't delivered and they told me again to deposit **** which is refundable to their account. So after some hesitation, they convinced me to do so but the product hasn't been delivered yet. Then I ask them to refund they said you will get a refund in * to ** days but I didn't. Then after a few days, they again told me to deposit **** refundable amount again but didn't get the product either. Its been * months now they don't respond to my emails or calls so finally decided to file a complaint against Mr Karan and Mahesh and company.
