- Product Missing Amount not Refunded since more than 2 months ^Closed

Respected sir/ma'am
Myself Kailash Puri Goswami my Associate IDW*C*******. I ordered a Herbalife product by the suggestion of Ritu Jain Ma'am for FAT Loss and ordered for the same on **th May,**** by order no. ********** and Invoice no. JA*******. And when i received the parcel at my office location than i put the parcel in my car without checking it, and in evening when i reach at my home than i found that packing is tempered and it seems like repasted, and i found the the set of newspaper in it (images, video and screenshot all shared).

Meanwhile i informed Ritu ma'am on *nd June that i received the product to know the diet plan without receiving the product because of eagerness. But when I didn't receive the product, I launched a complaint and email or herbalife and didn't talk with Ritu Ma'am because I thought that when i receive the product then only I will talk.
But when i received a call from the the finance team of Herbalife Mr. Pawana and Abhilash than they said that kindly talk with Ritu Jain they have their commission in it, then i talked to Ritu Jain ma'am then she said that you ask for product and send me the product i will pay your amount than accordingly i informed on email and and online regarding this. But, today the customer care is saying that your wife Ritu Jain said that you received the product and shared some screenshot, then I was completely shocked by hearing all this nonsense and I found that this Herbalife company and all its associates are fake and making people fool on the name of Health.

I have had all voice talk proofs since the first day with Ritu Jain and Herbalife company.
Now, i am going to file case against this company and Associate with all evidence of cheating case as well mental harassment and torture, if i didn't recieved my money Rs.*****.** within ** hours because i got exhausted mentally.
