The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered grocery from Big bazaar online delivery service. I had booked the slot for the *pm - *pm for delivery and paid using gpay upi. The total bill is worth of ₹ ***. Then at *:** pm I got a sms from BB saying my order has been modified and ready for dispatch.
In night app is showing delivered but I haven't received any call or order from their site and there is no way I can connect with them.
It occurred on: **/**/****
I need the refund as soon as possible.
