I have ordered a slipper from mango people which was handled to ecomexpress for delivery on *th September **** but till now I didn't get that product and the status is showing as delivered from **th September. From one month I am struggling so much and contacting their customer care but no body is helping me and they are just giving time * hours , ** hours , ** hours but nothing is happening and they even cut the calls from their sides with out even listening me and **** rupees is not less for a middle class people. I just ordered this for my friend to gift her in her birthday and her birthday already gone but I couldn't give her because of this carelessness. They don't even raising for refund and they don't even updating me regarding this. They are just asking time time and time...it's really frustrated and ridiculous
