I have placed an order for Rakhi and chocolates on **nd August **** and the order I'd is *********. They promised to deliver it on the same day and I hava noticed that there is no change in the status of the order. I reached out to customer care and then they said that they will not be able to deliver it on the same day as there is shortage of delivery guys and refused to return my amount to my source account. And there is no mention about refund method in terms and conditions.
