On **/**/**, I bought a submersible pump GRUNDFOS SMART SUB HOS *-*.**kw from H&H Enterprises.
Unfortunately, the pump has malfunctioned thrice (Jun ****, May ****, Aug ****) since the time I bought it. It doesn’t transfer water from the underground tank to the overhead tank. I asked the company for a replacement but they denied. I reported my grievance to the company on **/**/**** & the next day their technician took it for repair. It’s been a week now & I still haven’t got my pump back. I’m not able to contact the company’s service center regarding the status and whenever I call the service center(Hydro Pump Sales & Service) for the repair of the same product till now it tends to accuse me that it is because of me the pump is not working. I am getting no response from the Grundfos customer service either. I have spent INR ***** till now on plumbing expenses and loss of water due to overflow in this context. I’m facing serious issues in transferring the water to the overhead tank not to forget the time I am spending in doing all this.
Attached are copies of the invoice and service reports this purchase & repair.
