Flipcart - Product dead but no respond by flipcart

Sir I am give a online order of philips woofer speaker , when it received me it dead means no showing power on display . Then I am creat a return tiket same day . Filipcart return policy ** days of my order . But next day recibe me a call of hemant ji . He is a technician of flipkart . He said me that he no able to visit of my home because festival season is busy season then he suggest me make a vidio of my product and send it on him watsapp number . Then me make a vidio and send him but sir next day my return showing canceled and blocked my account by flipkart without any reason
So sir , my mony waste because my product not able to use
Then last five days I am regular contact of flipkart helpline but they are not respond me . Sir technician par day promise me that he visit again and solve it but my problam not solve yet .
