Ritesh Motwani filed complaint against Powermax on Aug 24, 2020
I had purchase power fitness massager in Dec'** with warranty for * year but it started giving problem in Jun'**.
We reported to seller and they gave assurance for examine the product first.
We had to chase for * n half month to support staff visit and check, after inspection they said that it can not be repair and will give new replace one.
Again we had to chase from Aug'** to Dec'** for replace and it was done since dealer had exhibition in BKC in Mumbai.
Another machine worked till mid April-**** and again we reported but due to COVID-** we didn't bother much for visit.
Now since July we are chasing again and we had send screen short, first they said they will fix and than in Aug first week they said will replace with other product.
Today when we called the seller he said he left dealership but his colleague denied that and said both are working still with Power max.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
