We are very unhappy with the product. We have purchased Western WC sanitary ware from Hindware at Sree Sreenivasa Building Needs LB Nagar,Hyderabad on **-**-**** costing Rs.*****.We have complained to the company * times about blocked waterflow which occurs every two days but they had visited only once which he ruled out saying that the we need to call a plumber and would need to remove the western Closet and check,inform the company about it and he wouldn't be able to do anything. If we arrange plumber and everything why is the warranty given? This issue has started to occur only after replacing with theis product.
The product has warranty for ** years.If he can't even solve the issue for an year old what would he do at **th year. Please either replace the product or return the amount.Please do the needful ASAP.
