DAY:- *
**th Feb-**** given my bike for service and raised the compliant that having some noise in engine side while speed level reaching above **, They sent the message that your bike is ready and the bill amount ****, i have paid the same and taken my bike at * pm on satruday,while i check the bike that noise issue still same and no changes on that. i raised the question to the supervisor and he told sorry i thought u told speed not increasing after ** km so that we did some changes in bike, they told will come and pick the bike on monday and will resolve that issue. monday once reach office i called to them they told will come will come, finally they told will come next day morning. again i called to them on tuesday finally they came around ** AM and picked my vehicle, (This is the person - **********) coordinated for my issue, and he is the super boss (**********) for him. as per their statement they told will give the bike same day evening, finally they called and told that sir today not able to complete will deliver your bike tomorrow (Wednesday) but i dont have any bike with me and i need to go to shooping and all, so that i told boss sorry give my bike back and pickup the same tomorrow (wednesday), they returned my bike around * pm on that day and next day again i called to them and reminded about my bike issue and they came asusual ** AM. asusual checking now the super boss (**********) called me and told your bike will reach within halfan hour (at *.** PM) waited waited waited till *.** no one came, in this waiting time i called to super boss (**********) lot of time but he not even responded my call. finally i called to the showroom reception number and they went to check and finally i got the call back from (**********) that will give the bike on next day (Thursday). but i got the message for wednesday work bill amount **** by msg. finally twist is here, i got call from the team next day (Thursday) at ** AM they told sir we checked the vehilce and need to change some parts the total cost will be *****. then what is that **** bill????? and what is that **** bill????/ i went with this same question with super boss (**********) but asusual he silent, finally i sent msg to him and told that this is not at all good, today i got my bike back but in that i can see lot of issue additionly there, while increase the speed above ** itself speed not pickup and they remove some inside parts from my bike and my bike now in very worst condtion. this is what the showroom person mentality and they want only money from the customers for saying blaw blaw reasons in invoice and zero usage for customers. finally my bike got fully damaged now not even moving maximum ** above am slowly managed to come to my office.
I request everyone look at on this review and please dont go with this showroom and service center to buy any motor vehicles and do not prefer this service center for your bikes.
VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY WORST WORST WORST SERVICE TEAM AND THE NON RESPONSIBLE MANAGER AND TEAM AS WELL.
Note:- I Dont have the option to give zero mark to here so that choosed * star.
Today i get back my vehicle which having oil leackage and above ** km getting more sound and not able to park in first floor floating entry areas like this issues happening which is not there while i given my bike to them.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
