Issue * – **th July **** Visited Live space design center @ Marathahalli Bengaluru, to freeze the initial quote and order placement
On the day I visited your design center, I spent nearly * hours explaining my requirements and design preferences to your design and proposal teams. After all the discussions, they provided me with two final pricing options:

Option *: ₹**.* lakhs (without furniture, with all cabinets in acrylic)
Option *: ₹**.* lakhs (with furniture, with all cabinets in acrylic).

After the discussion, your proposal team informed me that if I made the booking payment on the same day, the offered discounts would be applicable. However, if I failed to make the payment, the discounted price would no longer be valid and would be subject to a price increase.

I believed the statement quoted by the team and paid Rs *****/- as a order booking amount

Issue * – We had a virtual meeting where we were asked to select the final colors to finalize the designs with a proper color theme. Once the color theme and materials were finalized, your design team requested that I have pay **% of the initial price (i.e., ₹*.** lakhs) to carry forward the further process; on August *th, ****. I made a payment of ₹*,**,***.


Issue-* - The actual problem began after this. I did not make any changes to the designs, materials, or add any additional cabinets or extra work. I specifically selected an acrylic finish for the kitchen and master bedroom (MBR), while opting for laminate for the remaining areas. However, the price that was finalized when placing the order was based on everything being finished in acrylic. Now, the design team has submitted a revised cost sheet with a total amount of ₹** lakhs.

Your team has failed to address the following queries:

*. How did the cost increase significantly without any additional work or cabinets being added?
*. The original order was placed for ₹**.* lakhs, but the final price has now escalated to ₹** lakhs, reflecting a **% increase.

After all these kind of behavior, Now I decided to cancel my Order with Livespace and going ahead with some other vendor

I am extremely upset with the way your team has handled my project. While taking the order, I was assured that everything would be possible without any further price implications. However, after placing the order and paying the **% deposit, the prices were increased by **-**%, which is unacceptable for any customer. If this is the working culture of Livspace, it is highly unprofessional.

I am confused as to how your sales team finalizes the project value when taking the order, and on what basis your design team arrives at the final project cost. A price hike of **-**% is shocking, and while an increase of *-**% might have been understandable, such a large jump feels like customers are being treated as ATM machines. This is both unprofessional and unethical, and it reflects poorly on how Livspace handles its customers.

I trust that Livspace will take the necessary steps to address these concerns promptly and ensure the quality and professionalism of the service that was initially promised. Please acknowledge this email and confirm the next steps for resolving these issues.

I was not asked to sign off on any document while booking and placing the order, nor did your team explain the cancellation policies to me. I have reviewed your web portal, and nowhere is it mentioned what happens if the order is canceled before production.

So I have full rights to claim and initiate my refund - Total Amount I Have Paide to Livespace Rs *,**,***+***** = Rs *,**,***/-

Now i am written a email to Livespace Grievance team for asking my money back, till now the issue is not resolved
