First i was C&F and sales promoter of Jaypee cement Company name Jai Prakash Associates Ltd (cement division). Jaypee Cement was burdened with loan debt. Jaypee Cement sold its plants to Dalmia Cement to reduce debt.The deal was done in December ****
With this all the dealers and c&fs of the company are associated with Dalmia Cement. We had ** lakh rupees security in Jaypee Cement. After this deal, my security went to Dalmia Cement. and we started working as a c&f in dalmia cement.
In a few days the company removed us from c&f and sales promoter.and made another person the new c&f, sales promoter. I had **** bags of cement with the company at that time. Which cost around ₹*** per bag with freight. But the company cut the bill in my name from ₹ *** per bag. And that too without freight.
And also imposed a penalty of ₹ *** per bag.Caused me a loss of approx ₹*** per bag. Accordingly, I got a total loss of Rs*******.
