Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for Membership Cancellation and Refund
I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding an issue with a Sale & Purchase Agreement for a tour and travel membership (similar to Club Mahindra) that we entered into on August *rd at the Goa office of M/s. Prestige Holiday Resorts LLP (Karma Group). The agreement, valued at Rs. *.* lakhs for a **-year membership, was signed under considerable pressure from their sales team, which did not provide us adequate time to thoroughly review the terms and conditions.

We financed Rs. *.* lakhs of the total amount through a loan with M/s. Parshuram Finance Pvt Ltd, which has an interest rate of **% with monthly reducing. We made an initial down payment of Rs. *,**,***/-, and the remaining balance was covered by the loan.

Upon returning home and reviewing the documents, we discovered that the agreement's terms are not favourable and, most concerningly, there is no mention of a cancellation policy. We promptly emailed their customer support and attempted to contact several representatives in Goa to inquire about cancelling the agreement, but we have yet to receive any satisfactory response.

Given these challenges, we are seeking your assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, we need help to cancel the agreement and obtain a refund for the amount we have paid. Your intervention would be immensely valuable to us in addressing this issue.
