Ordered chicken supreme pizza, and the order came ** minutes late. The payment was prepaid through UPI, an amount of *** rupees. According to the application, the pizza was prepared and kept for delivery for about ** minutes. Following that, when we called the outlet, the delivery partner allegedly claimed that the order was returned. He did not attempt to call, nor there is any record of his entry. Following that, when the complaint was raised, the staff on call was rude, and threatened to send a cold pizza. After calling, the pizza arrived nearly * hours after the order time. It was not eatable.
