Service Negligence from premium care
*) Loaner unit not provided for the past ** days
*) Parts Prioritisation ( took * days only for part)
*) Engineer delay by * day's only for a revisit
*) multiple times parts replacement with delays
*) Lenovo’s Tech Support Agent acting as a single point of contact ( no such thing different person different answer)
*) Now after there DOA certificate get rejected after trying to repair pc for ** day's they are saying they will only provide refund on invoice amount ( laptop current price it higher) ,
*) Refusal to honor "If the unit cannot be repaired, we'll replace it once" as per add-on warranty.
*) No compensation for any of their faults, including failure to provide specified services (loaner until ,etc)and delays.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
