- Practo has charged 500 extra for the lab test they have done with thyrocare ^Closed

I recently booked a test and that has been done by throcare it's Arogyam-C which cost me around **** after discount but its original cost is only ****. This is really disappointing I can share proper links as well, refer below links for evidence

I approach their help centre and this is below they have replied.
We try to monitor our prices and keep them as competitive as possible. However, we are sometimes not able to match the offers and selling prices of other companies. Our prices are directly dependent on what our partners offer to us. Rest assured we try to pass on the maximum discount to the customer wherever possible. We understand that this wasn't the case for your booking and we value your feedback and will try to offer more competitive prices in the future.
