Electrical Department - Power voltage issue

We are facing the issue with power supply and we are unable to use AC due to power voltage issue. It will be overloaded during nights. Hence AC will be on but after * mins it will get off automatically there is no AC issue as it's happening for everyone here. No one is taking care of this voltage issue. Please take necessary action immediately as it's summer we are unable to sleep without AC. As it can be used only during summer.
