concern is that mobile no. ********** is not yet activated since ** days.
this is regarding to mobile no. ********** of my uncle. On *nd may **** we have given request for conversion of this no. from postpaid to prepaid at “narayangaon” village in pune district & in junnar taluka.
in airtel gallery they told us that this process will take * days but your no. will be reachable & they have given us new prepaid *G sim. & given instruction that first you will receive sms on your postpaid sim , then reply ** to this sms, then insert new prepaid sim & call on *****. But we didn’t received any sms like this also after * days postpiad sim got deactivated & now the situation is like
both the sim is not working.
we visited multiple times on airtel gallery at “narayangaon” but every time they are giving different different reasons like from our end all is ok, you call on ***** no. but there is no range on new sim card then how can call on this no.
we visited airtel gallery at mumbai but they told us that this is maharashtra circle no. we can’t help you. you have to visit the same airtel gallery.
we are very frustrated with such kind of services from airtel because my uncle has transportation business & his customer is not able to call him and impacted his business.
