Groww Nextbillion Technology Pvt Ltd - Position Squared off One Day Before Expiry with lowest amount than current

i have purchased HDFCBANK ** Dec **** Call Option. on ** December **** *** quantity. at the price of **RS. then on ** December **** i have increased lot by ****. average cost became *.** RS.

fast forward to today ** December **** at *:** PM price was trading on *rs i wanted to square off position on last day of expiry. but groww squared it off by saying "system auto square-off" at the price of *rs. but current selling price was *rs and buying price was *.**rs.

but grow decided to square it off by themselves and gave me ****rs of extra loss.
this is fraud. i did not got any kind of sms or email saying margin is required. but there was already **** rs in my account. this is the biggest fraud from groww. i want my loss recovered.
