Reliance Jewels - Poor workmanship product

As per attached bill we purchased gold chain on **.**.**** from Reliance Jewels VADODARA Gujarat. We kept it in locker.

As soon as we opened box on *.*.** for use we found * ring came out of chain and chain was in * piece. Then immediately we took it to Mumbai store and when opened box there and second ring also came out of chain. We showed to staff. They suggested for repair. We gave to store for repair -receipt attached. But after repair also problem will continue with other rings in chain.

We do not expect Reliance like company to make such product which is very low standard grade.

We request you to exchange same chain with another chain and waive labour charges. In short we will purchase another chain of same value with almost same grams. Nominal difference in value upto Rs **** we will pay.
