My nextra customer id is *******.I paid Rs *** on November *, ****. Then after that internet worked only for some time means only for * to * hrs but on the same day itself i.e. on November *, ****, internet stopped working.I paid the recharge amount of Rs *** still my internet did not start. I called nextra, they told me in * hrs, internet will work but it did not start. I sent some mails, I also called nextra customer care so many times.Their answer was same that it'll start and they asked me my contact no. everytime. My phone no. is visible on their screen, still they asked for the contact no. everytime but they did not solve the problem, I told them just refund my amount of Rs *** and Rs ****(security charges) but they replied to provide the contact number. They told me that they will not give me Rs ***.Now, I don't want to talk to them . My Rs ****(Rs***+ Rs ****) has wasted.
