Applied for New connection on **.**,** for **mps plan, as discussed with sales person done online payment for quick processed. At the end of the day informed me they don't have stock, hence I asked to cancel my request and refund my money, as per their TAT it's takes * days for refund.
On **.**.** due to work from home request from my company, I informed to change my plan to **mps plan.
Since last * days they give me falus information, till date I not get connaction or money back
From last * days my all works get stuck, it's impact our company customer.
